Bespoke finalized the conceptual design of the multimodal improvements to Segments A and B of the CO 7 BRT corridor before 15% design was completed.

                    ![]()  US BRT Implementation GuideClient: Institute for Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP) Role: Subconsultant, lead researcher & author Bespoke developed recommendations about BRT funding, design, public outreach & engagement, marketing & branding, and equity. The guide included in-depth case studies about BRT corridors in Albuquerque, NM, Hartford, CT, and Richmond, VA.

                    ![]()  Denver Bus Priority Network StudyClient: Denver Department of Transit & Infrastructure Role: Subconsultant, transit analysis lead Bespoke led the analysis of existing transit delay in Denver and created a toolbox of transit priority treatments, including planning-level estimates of delay reduction and costs for each. We developed recommendations for improving transit speed and reliability.

                    ![]()  Everett-Boston BRT RoadmapClient: ITDP Role: Subsconsultant, BRT Advisor Aileen advised a BRT conceptual plan for a corridor connecting an environmental justice community with jobs in Downtown Boston. This included an existing conditions analysis, a conceptual BRT infrastructure and operations plan, funding opportunities, and a phased implementation approach.
